JDO Explores a New Paradigm for Cockpit Intelligence in the 4.0 Agent Era at AWE's AI and Automotive Electronics Summit

Today, a key AWE event—the Summit on Trends in AI and Automotive Electronics Technology Integration—was held at Shanghai's Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone. Representatives from nearly 100 companies and institutions gathered for in-depth discussions on advanced technology R&D, practical applications, and industry trends across intelligent driving, intelligent cockpits, and intelligent control, exploring the future of AI and automotive electronics integration. As a leading company in intelligent cockpits, JDO was invited to the summit. CEO Wang Yifei delivered a keynote titled “The Evolution of Cockpit Intelligence: Agents and a New Mobility Paradigm,” drawing on the company's technical expertise and practical industry experience to explain the core principles and implementation paths for the next stage of cockpit intelligence.

In his speech, JDO CEO Wang Yifei presented a central view: cockpit intelligence is entering the 4.0 Agent era, and the cockpit is evolving from a conventional driving tool into the user's personal travel companion. He explained that agent-based cockpits use automotive-grade large models with on-device–cloud collaboration as their core technological foundation. With strong perception, reasoning, and service capabilities, they can reshape the ecosystem across the entire mobility value chain. This technology stack has already been successfully deployed in frequent mobility use cases such as payments, improving both the user experience and the efficiency of context-based services.

CEO Wang Yifei said that the 4.0 Agent era of cockpit intelligence represents both a technological upgrade for automotive cockpits and a fundamental transformation of mobility ecosystems and users' lifestyles. JDO will continue developing and deploying core technologies, including automotive-grade large models with on-device–cloud collaboration. Using cockpit agent technology to connect capabilities, it will promote deeper integration between intelligent cockpits, autonomous driving, smart mobility, and everyday services, gradually extending beyond mobility into users' daily lives. The goal is an integrated intelligent service ecosystem covering a full range of use cases, making travel smarter, more convenient, and more attentive to users.

JDO will also actively participate in Pudong's intelligent connected vehicle innovation ecosystem, working with industry partners to explore new approaches to technology integration and build an ecosystem for industry development. Through technological innovation, it will support closer integration between AI and automotive electronics, helping the intelligent connected vehicle industry deliver higher-quality development, broader use-case coverage, and better experiences, while shaping the future of intelligent mobility.
