On June 24, JDO and ShengShu Technology held a signing ceremony at Yuandian Academy in Beijing's AI Origin Community, formally establishing a strategic partnership.
The two companies will combine ShengShu Technology's multimodal large model capabilities with JDO's experience in automotive AI solutions, OEM production delivery, and user operations. Their cooperation will cover joint use-case development, platform integration, operational support, and ecosystem development, creating AI applications for intelligent connected vehicles and AIGC solutions for the automotive industry. The partnership aims to move generative AI beyond model integration into real-world deployment, applications at scale, and long-term operation.
Creating New In-Cockpit AIGC Experiences, with Content Generated in Real Time Along the Journey
As cars rapidly evolve from means of transportation into intelligent mobile spaces, users' expectations of in-vehicle intelligence are shifting from basic functional usability toward more proactive, personalized, and continuous content and service experiences.
The partnership will closely integrate ShengShu Technology's multimodal large model capabilities with JDO's automotive AI products, AI platform, and delivery capabilities at scale. Drawing on models such as Vidu, ShengShu Technology will provide multimodal content generation for in-vehicle use cases, including video, images, and audio. JDO will use its AI platform and automotive-grade software development capabilities to handle model integration, use-case orchestration, safety governance, system integration, and delivery across multiple endpoints, transforming foundational model capabilities into cockpit applications that can be reused, operated, and deployed at scale.
Focusing on real mobility needs, the partners will prioritize use cases such as personalized welcomes, parent-child interaction, and journey videos. On entering the vehicle, users could receive customized welcome content based on their preferences, holidays, and destination. During the journey, with driving safety ensured, voice interaction could instantly generate children's stories, educational questions and answers, or interactive content for passengers. After arrival, with user authorization and data compliance ensured, the system could automatically organize trip materials into short videos that users can revisit and share.
Through their joint work, cockpit content will evolve from preloaded offerings and reactive recommendations into personalized content and services generated dynamically around the user, journey, and real-time context.
Building End-to-End Vehicle Owner Services, with AI Throughout the Vehicle Use Lifecycle
Beyond cockpit content experiences, the partners will extend AIGC capabilities into daily commuting, charging and local services, vehicle services, and brand operations, supporting users throughout departure, travel, arrival, vehicle use, and maintenance.
For daily commuting, AI could combine traffic conditions, schedules, and user preferences to generate route suggestions, personalized podcasts, and departure cards. For charging, it could coordinate recommendations for charging, dining, and other services based on battery level, location, and waiting time. For vehicle services, it could turn OTA release notes, maintenance reminders, and fault information into easier-to-understand visual cards or short videos.
By combining AIGC and agent capabilities, the partners will further connect content generation, service orchestration, and tool invocation, transforming automotive services from one-way, standardized information delivery into more proactive, continuous, and personalized intelligent services.
Advancing the Deployment of Automotive AIGC Solutions at Scale
ShengShu Technology and JDO will continue deepening their cooperation in joint product R&D, benchmark projects, and market development, working together to deploy generative AI across in-vehicle content, vehicle owner services, brand operations, and user engagement.
The partners will also explore delivery options including APIs, SDKs, and private deployments, enabling flexible integration and reuse across brands, vehicle models, and business touchpoints. This will help AIGC progress from model integration toward joint use-case development, applications at scale, and long-term operation, bringing AI into every journey.
